Complaints procedure
Here at One Dental Practice we strive to provide the very best care and service to all of our members. If for any reason you are unhappy with an experience that you have had here at One Dental Practice please contact our Practice Manager either whilst in reception or by calling 01733810235. We promise to listen to all of your concerns and if you wish to make a formal complaint we will send you the necessary paperwork. We will respond to your complaint within 10 working days and hopefully resolve the situation.
If you are unhappy with the way that your complaint is handled, and you are seen on a private basis, then we recommend that you contact the Dental Complaints Service. You can call them on 08456 120 540, visit their website www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk or send an email to info@dentalcomplaints.co.uk.
If you have complained to us on behalf of a minor who is registered on our NHS list and you are unhappy with the way that your complaint is handled or are dissatisfied with the resolution please contact the Central Lancashire PCT Customer Care Team on 0800 032 2424. Alternatively you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033.
